After a fun morning or a long day at the beach, you can't end it in a better way than rinsing off in the outdoor shower and having lunch or dinner all together on the terrace of this beautiful apartment, along with its amazing views of the sea and a good bottle of wine. But, to make your evenings much more unforgettable, they have a barbecue at their disposal on the terrace upstairs, where they can also sunbathe or contemplate the stars on the 6 available sun loungers. Inside, the spacious, air-conditioned living-dining room is perfect for relaxing while watching satellite television or reading an interesting book. The kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and much more, has direct access to the terrace, so you will only have to cook your best dishes and enjoy them outdoors while feeling the sea breeze. There are two bathrooms that serve the entire house, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, and three bedrooms with A/C, two with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a wardrobe. For the little ones' rest, we offer them a crib and a high chair. The house completes its equipment with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and two radiators. The location of the apartment is perfect since everything you need is accessible on foot: plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops of all kinds, and bus stops, which run every 15 minutes in high season. We recommend visiting the nearby beaches of Ca'n Picafort, Playa de Formentor or Puerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia, with its cobbled streets, is also worth a visit to see its squares, its church, its spectacular wall and its traditional market on Tuesdays and Sundays, when the town transforms into a place full of life. The private upper terrace is accessed via communal stairs. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
